Our Application Process

All of our applicants are invited to a virtual meeting with the Director of Admissions. If an in-person tour is requested, scheduling will take place after the school day. This is to safeguard our school community. All prospective families must wear a mask, maintain social distance, and complete a screening questionnaire prior to arrival.

Parents are invited to complete an application on our website. If you are planning to apply for flexible tuition, please complete the financial aid assessment on TADS along with your application. Applicants who apply before February 5 are given priority in the admissions process. Additional information on our application process or timeline can be found in our How to Apply section. All prospective students complete the same admission process. While our admissions process is straightforward, additional evaluation measures have been outlined below.


  • Applicants for Full-time preschool (5 days per week from 8:15 – 3:00) are eligible to apply for flexible tuition. If you plan to apply for flexible tuition, please fill out the financial aid form on TAD’s along with your application.
  • Applicants participate in a virtual meeting with the classroom teacher
  • A short video of the applicant at play at home is required.


  • Parents are invited to fill out an application on our website and submit recent report cards, assessments and a confidential letter of recommendation from the student’s present teacher.
  • Prospective students will attend one virtual class.
