The middle school program at United Friends School serves students from sixth to eighth grade

The learning environment is a inquiry-driven, hands-on, project-based culture that fosters group/class discussion; collaborative learning; and independent work, which are conducive to creativity, exploration, and personal growth.
Quakerism Class – Students learn about the faith tradition that forms our school’s foundation.
STEAM education through a combination of traditional academic methods, school-wide projects, applications in the modern world, and especially hands-on activities.
Grant-funded environmental action program – provides stream monitoring equipment. Our Middle School students learn to use this equipment to properly record data about the plants and organisms at Licking Run Creek.
