April is National Poetry Month and UFS is celebrating in serval ways. The Mott and Anthony classes have been working together on poems for a few weeks, strengthening the bond between the preschool and elementary school.  The Anthony class found poems to read to the Mott class and then helped the students figure out which words rhymed.  “Random Acts of Poetry” can also be found throughout the school. Many of the students have written original poems to share. Students are encouraged to take poems that they enjoy and replace them with other poems.  Look for these “Random Acts of Poetry” next time you visit!
